This was my first time looking at wedding rings, and the staff were so helpful and explained everything so well that I decided to purchase one! 🥰 There was such a wide variety to choose from, and I had a hard time deciding, but I was able to find a beautiful ring, and it was a wonderful experience! ✨ Thank you so much for everything! 🫶♡

It was my first time at a specialty store and I was very nervous, but they explained everything about the design and diamonds to me in great detail, which allowed me to relax and choose a ring that I was happy with. I wanted to carefully select a wedding ring I'd wear forever, and I wanted to buy a design I liked, so I visited Ginza Diamond Shiraishi to look at various brands and make a purchase. However, when I said I wasn't buying anything today, the salesperson continued to push me. They told me that if I bought it today, I could get it for this much cheaper, but that the price would be higher next time. When I said I wanted to try a different brand, they asked me which brand I wanted to buy from, and wouldn't let me leave until I told them. When I mentioned the brand I was interested in, they opened the brand's website on something like an iPad and told me things like, "This brand's rings have this design and cost this much, but Ginza Diamond Shiraishi's rings have the same design and cost this much." I felt bad and realized that it wasn't really that important. The ring at Ginza Diamond Shiraishi was also very beautiful, but this was the only store where I'd ever experienced such unpleasant customer service. I was having such a good time choosing my wedding ring, and it really made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided I never want to buy from them again.

We went to look at wedding rings as a couple with no prior knowledge about rings. We had intended to look at other stores before making a decision, but after listening to what the salesperson had to say, we decided to make our decision here, so we bought from this first store. After receiving a thorough explanation of the aftercare and various advice, we were able to find the ring that was just right for us. We weren't particularly picky, but at this store we found the ring that we'll wear for the rest of our lives. Thank you very much.
