I've received several unsolicited emails from this company, which demonstrate a rather pushy approach to customers. Although they offer a "free SEO scan" and highlight technical improvements (such as, in this case, the lack of alt tags on some images), this is done to create a false sense of urgency and force a sales conversation. The emails suggest they've "dug in" to my website's SEO without my permission and then keep pushing for a follow-up. I find this an unwanted and annoying cold calling. I'd prefer to approach a professional SEO company myself, rather than be constantly bothered by these unsolicited and pushy sales tactics. I advise other entrepreneurs to be critical of these kinds of approaches.
