I've used Getem for over 20 years now and they never disappoint. I thought Gary was the best, but Joshua came through and did his thing today. He explained everything, answered all of my questions with solutions and I was impressed with the pictures he shared of the areas that I should address. My concerns around pricing were explained with a billing plan that is affordable, which is a bonus in today's times. Joshua was able to have me sign the digital plan on a mobile device which sent me the email and plan details immediately. Once I signed, Joshua treated the area inside and out according to my preferences. Overall, I'm glad to have Getem getting em again.
Drew was excellent! First thing he did which was extraordinary was to help me get a jambed ladder out of the crawl space entrance. That was over and above and could not have done it without his help. Excellent inspection from there!
So unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to greet Ryan myself as I was at an appointment this morning…but I always appreciate the initial walk up and doorbell ring when Getem arrives. I saw Ryan on our porch security camera, and the truck out front so I knew they were here for service. Plus, I already got a kind email from Carley & Co. A couple of days ago, reminding me that service time was almost here. Today it was Pest Control treatment. I know this because Ryan checked that box, then kindly left the service report on my front door knob, and even wished That I would “Have a great day” and Thanked us with a 🙂. Sam W. is an excellent and thorough worker. While I wasn't home when he provided the service, I could see him hard at work via my security system's camera. I love the service that Getem provides. I highly recommend him and Getem.
Damen arrived at 8:00 am sharp. Introduced himself and was courteous. Because it was raining I was advised he would need to return to spray outside. Very satisfied with his service so far and looking forward to having the outside of my home serviced. Thank you.
