It’s always been for me personally one of the best neighbourhood bars in Siglap - East Coast. Great atmosphere with really good friendly staff’s. They have always been welcoming. From Manager’s, bar staff’s and floor crew’s. Big shout outs to Tina, Leon, Jeanine, Uaki, Garner, Prem & Rose! This amazing staff’s always have been friends like family. Don’t give it a second thought, drop by to experience it yourself! Cheers…!

used to enjoy coming to George Mad Bar & Grill. The food, drinks, and overall atmosphere initially gave me a very positive impression. Unfortunately, my experience with their membership, loyalty program and people who serve has been extremely disappointing. The system is based on spending and earning points through the app. On at least three separate occasions, I had to chase the staff to ensure that the points for my spending were correctly credited. Despite visiting 5–6 times and qualifying for membership status according to the app, I was told by the waiter that I was “not a member yet.” What’s frustrating is that my app clearly showed that I was already a member and progressing toward Member Plus status. The lack of consistency between what the app shows and what the staff tell customers is unacceptable. The staff either do not understand the membership program or are deliberately avoiding honoring it. Either way, it leaves customers feeling misled and undervalued. I’ve decided to delete the app and will not be returning. A loyalty program is meant to reward customers, not create frustration and confusion.

I had the lamb chops (I'm from New Zealand so know my chops l) and they were perfect as delivered.. mash and veggies all hot too well done. Maybe a different cookie they fired the last guy🕊️
