We visited because of an open house, and it was great that we could casually take a look around without making a reservation. The person in charge was very kind and was able to realize our ideas to the best of their ability within our limited budget. We purchased a used property and asked them to do a full renovation. The original Japanese-style room was converted into a living/dining room, which gave us the spacious space we had always dreamed of. We created this home together with the person in charge, and it truly feels like a collaborative effort. They also carefully supported us with applying for documents that would have been difficult for us to understand on our own, which was a great help. We are truly grateful for their kind assistance from start to finish.

Geo-Plan responded quickly despite our late application for the renovation. They were also incredibly polite and considerate, paying attention to even the smallest details. They sincerely listened to our requests. The estimate was provided promptly and was exactly the price we wanted. I think they are the No. 1 choice for new construction or renovations in Fukuyama. This time, it was a renovation of an old house. While it's common to replace everything new when a house is old, I appreciate that they listened to my opinions as the project progressed. We had a new house built by them. They helped us find land and were very helpful and supportive even before construction began. When we finally secured the land, they treated us to ramen as a celebration! 🍜 Since our children were young, they let them play in the kids' space and ride electric cars during our monthly meetings, making it so much fun that the children didn't want to leave! 😂 We love our finished home; it's exactly as we envisioned. My favorite is the laundry room/dressing room; they built custom shelves in this small space, making it very comfortable, stylish, and I love it! ✨
