Our experience with GEM WEB SERVICES was extremely disappointing. GEM WEB SERVICES was contracted to redesign and develop our company website, with a signed agreement outlining project phases and timelines. The company committed to providing three initial concepts for the website design, with one to be selected for further development. Despite several attempts, numerous debriefs, and multiple delays, GEM WEB SERVICES failed to deliver tangible progress on the project. The materials they submitted appeared to consist of disconnected elements, seemingly pulled from referenced websites, but lacked any coherent concept as originally requested. GEM WEB SERVICES ultimately failed to deliver usable work or meet the agreed timeline. We issued a Termination Notice and requested a deposit refund, which GEM WEB SERVICES acknowledged. Their last communication on April 10, 2025, promised an update that never materialized. Subsequent messages and refund requests have been ignored. Despite the contract allowing termination and refund, GEM WEB SERVICES remains unresponsive, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and accountability. We do not recommend GEM WEB SERVICES.
