Working with GEMS Marketing Solutions to build the Her Way Home website was an incredible experience from start to finish. What stood out most was the level of care, compassion, and intentionality that went into every part of the process. Our organization centers the voices and leadership of women with lived experience of the sex trade, homelessness, and substance use, and it was deeply important to us that the website reflect that truth with dignity and respect. Jennifer and GEMS understood that immediately. She took the time to truly listen to our story and the mission behind Her Way Home. Rather than simply building a website, she thoughtfully translated our work, our values, and the humanity of the women we serve into a platform that feels authentic and powerful. Every design choice felt intentional, ensuring that lived experience remained centered while honoring the complexity and strength of the community we represent. The quality of the work is exceptional. The site is beautiful, professional, and deeply aligned with our vision. But more importantly, it was created with care for the people whose stories are often misunderstood or stigmatized. That level of thoughtfulness matters, and it is rare. If you are looking for someone who not only produces high quality work but also approaches projects with empathy, integrity, and deep respect for the communities being represented, I cannot recommend GEMS Marketing Solutions enough. GEM Marketing Solutions has been such a strong partner and resource for us here at the Worcester Education Collaborative! We can’t thank Jennifer enough for the website she created for our family. We are on a desperate mission to raise awareness and funds to save our daughter who is battling a rare genetic progressive disease (Batten Disease). We gave her so much information to consider and she took the time to understand our emotional and informational goals. She brought our vision to life with a genuine, compelling, and compassionate website. We were on a very short deadline in order for the website to be shared at an international medical conference and even though we told her we understood if it was not possible, she said she just had to make sure it was ready. We live in South Carolina, so we talked with several local website designers, and we did not connect with any of them like we did with Jennifer. We knew instantly she was the one and she did not disappoint. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a talented, understanding, professional and passionate website designer.

If you’re looking to grow your business, this is the place to be and Jennifer is the Marketing Guru you need! I had a wonderful experience meeting with Jennifer for our Power Hour. In just 60 minutes, I gained incredible knowledge and direction but also confidence in my business. Over the past five years, Jen has not only been a trusted consultant but a true friend and supporter of our mission. Her expertise in marketing, advertising, and community engagement is unmatched — she brings thoughtful strategy, creative vision, and genuine heart into every project. Most recently, Jen personally took on the task of designing a flier for our Worcester Renaissance Market at Rockland Trust Plaza. While she could have easily delegated it to her team, she chose to handle it herself. She matched our brand colors perfectly, captured our theme, and even made time on the weekend to finalize the design — with grace, professionalism, and no complaints. Thanks to her help, we’re now seeing more vendor applications than ever before, and we’re proudly displaying her flyer on social media and will be made into yard signs for our location at 45 Green St. What’s more, Jen has gone above and beyond just design.
