Well laid out and clean. Helpful staff when you don't know where to find what you want in the maze of aisles in-store. Gives vibes of being smaller and less stocked than its twin store down south. There's ample parking space outside. On less busy days anyway.

The lady who operate the switchboard was fantastic ,she didn't waste my airtime since I was calling from Harare she redirected me to the right department where I was introduced to the guy who was helpful with the Right products I was looking for ++)gym weights)/ Thank you Game store workers for the wonderful job well done

Edit: Just wanted to make an edit that we came back because a product wasn't working correctly we had previously purchased and at this moment they seem eager to help. We will have to bring the product in but in this moment they seemed actually willing. I also wanted to mention a previous employee who helped my friend, Moses, saw her and remembered her and came to check in on her. As well as we had help from another amazing staff member who literally went out of his way to help us named Wada. Amazing crew! OG: The staff was super helpful, Emmaculate was very personable and super nice! She knew answers to questions that I didn't even know I had! The store had lots of stuff and reminded me of a smaller version of a Walmart for my American folks. Very glad I went here.

Had Great service from a lady there!! Helped me find alot of stuff from my madam's list, that wasn't in any of her departments/areas.... Can't remember her name! But Awesome help! Thank you!!!!! Game needs more assistants like that!??!!!???!!?
