I’m really happy with the mall we visited, it had a wide variety of stores and everything was easy to find, the place was clean and comfortable which made the whole experience enjoyable.

Very disappointed when we paid our bills in the grocery store the ink of their machine is really need to change we can't even see numbers on the bill I don't know who or why the managers didn't check the machine properly,very poor service the total amount of our receipt bill is too blur can't see numbers on it please, please do a good service as everyone want go shopping Gaisano Pagadian city , attention Manager or clerk be attended this is ur responsibility to give all customers a good service

Gaisano Mall in Pagadian is a complex of shops and caters to a lot of products like clothing, electronics, kitchen utensils , appliances , drug store and food chains. Down stairs they got a supermarket that sells basic household commodities but the thing that turns me off is their comfort rooms downstais. I felt the call of nature so my daughter in law and i went downstairs. To use the cr, one has to pay 10 pesos per person, but what sucks is that, their CR stinks bigtime i vomitted and felt sick in my gut with the foul SMELL. CALLING OUT GAISANO MANAGEMENT, people PAY TO USE THE COMFORT ROOMS but its sickening dIrty, stink bigtime. I hope you could ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. If by any chance this is okay with the locals, then goodluck to you once ROBINSONS &SM MALLS open. Its my first time to go shopping in gaisano and id say the experience is not so good i wont recommend it.

I give it 4 stars cuz of some reasons: 1. The Escalator Sometimes Have No Function Specially In 3rd Floor 2. Sometimes The Comfort Room Are Smelly And Dirty But Since They Have Cleaner, It's Upvote For Me☺️ 3. I know it's the oldest mall in Pagadian, I hope they add more food store there like Shakey's. But At Least Mang Inasal, Jollibee And McDonald's Make People Crowded. 4. Less Crowded In Supermarkets Means You can wait short lines
