I managed a few clients' properties and have been using Gain City air con installation services for many years. It seemed that their standard has declined. 1. There was no prior inspection before installation to do a proper quotation. I was only informed on installation day that patching works were not included. This was unexpected as I was told during payment that it is included. Also previous unit that I managed that team did a great job patching holes from dismantle and installation. 2. Installation team was late, the number of workers assigned was fewer than last time. Only 2 workers came to this house for air con installation. Appointment time was 930am and they only start at 11am and ended at 5pm. 3. They did not do proper floor protection and the floor was wet and dusty after installation. During dismantle water from existing pipe even splash on the wall cause he was not careful when cutting the pipes. After the dismantle, they just throw the parts around the floor and in the make shift bin they created with the carton box inside the house. 4. Regarding safety issue, I am concerned about the installation of existing wire together with the air con piping. I asked him to shift the wire higher above the air con trunking and installer said it is not part of their job scope even though I highlighted about safety concern. I'm am super disappointed and will not use them or reccomend them in the future.

Mr Nicholas Koh was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting me to setup my new laptop purchased from GainCity. He’s thorough and explained every detail patiently. He’s also never stingy in sharing his tips and knowledge based on his personal experience. Overall a great and pleasant experience I had there.
