I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Yusuf, Cindy, and Alice during this heat wave. • Yusuf was very humble and down to earth. He listened carefully to my needs, especially for a cooling solution in my children study area, and gave thoughtful advice that matched exactly what a customer would want. • Cindy, the expert in the fans section, was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Her assistance made the selection process smooth and reassuring. • Alice, the cashier, was equally commendable. She patiently guided me through the payment process and ensured that I could fully utilize my climate vouchers. Together, they demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care for the community. Their efforts made a difficult situation much easier, and I am truly grateful for their support.

Had a fast & amazing shopping experience at Gain City! Yusuf was helpful & friendly! He introduced a standing fan that was on sale & VERY kindly helped me assemble the fan as I'm terrible at putting electronics together! His colleague, Kelvin, was kind to assist as they assembled the Toshiba standing fan with 9 blades for me. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience & the whole transaction took less than 15 minutes! Will certainly head back again for future items!

It was originally an ultra stressful 1st attempt to convert from Gas Stove to Induction Cooker. But with a great sense of humor 😂, vast experiences & excellent product knowledge 📚📕 , Mr Jared offered top-notched service & has gone beyond the extra mile to inspire us, offering peace of mind reassurance, making everything truly a breeze. Had a very good experience at Gain city. Aloysius whom helped us with the choosing of the aircon was very professional and knowledgeable. We had our purchase all done within 30mins with all the information that we need. Chris whom helped us with the fridge was very thoughtful as well. We managed to get our fridge the following day after remeasuring the size of the existing fridge and the limited space that we have in the kitchen. Thank you both for all your help.
