Was comparing deals for the LG Gram laptop I wish to get and went on Gain City website. Nicole spoke to me very fast within a minute, noted my enquiry and said a staff will get back. I came down to make my purchase and appreciate that there were many freebies thrown in with the purchase including Logitech mouse, ear buds, power bank and C to C cable. Chen was very patient and friendly & swiftly helped me with the set up of my laptop. He even suggested certain payment modes that offered me even more discount. We came to Suntec City for the Consumer Electronics Exhibition on Friday 29 May to look for a TV. Did not find anything suitable. We then visited Gain City @ Marina Square. Was served by staff named Mani. He had good knowledge of the products and gave us some recommendations. He also gave us some space and time to consider the options . We finally settled for an LG model which at our needs and budget. Thank you Mani for your patience. It was a wonderful experience for us.

I recently replaced my home air-conditioning system and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr Heng at Gain City Marina Square. From the very beginning, Mr Heng was helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He patiently explained the entire dismantling and installation process, was transparent about pricing and ongoing promotions, and provided clear, practical advice. What truly stood out was his thoughtful suggestion for our infant to stay elsewhere for a few nights during the works to minimise exposure to dust and noise. This gesture of his showed genuine care. Despite the Chinese New Year holidays, Mr Heng remained contactable via WhatsApp and responded promptly to all our queries. On the installation day itself, he also checked in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Overall, it was a very pleasant and reassuring experience.
