Had a great shopping experience! We were assisted by Jordan, Alberto, Herman, and many other staff members, including the cashiers. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They provided useful advice based on our needs and made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. Thank you to the team for the excellent service! 🙏🏻

This is one of the nicest places to buy electrical appliances. The staff are always friendly. I was there yesterday with my brother to get a fan. A retail staff that my brother approached was not in the fan department but he still very kindly brought into the store the carton (containing the new fan) into the store for us. And helped me to download my climate vouchers. He then handed us over his colleague Mr Lam Liang Hou. [Unfortunately we didn’t get his name.] The cashier was friendly and patient; and also helped me with my climate voucher. Mr Lam set up the fan for us and even carried it out to the car park to load it into our car. Thank you Gain City and staff for providing excellent service and a pleasant experience.
