I worked at G-Tech for 6 months, and my experience was very good. HR Sir Aamir is a very good person who always provides help and proper guidance. My manager, Amar Javed, is also a very good leader and a great person. His behavior was always positive and supportive. Overall, G-Tech is a very good company where you can learn a lot and grow.
"The staff at the IT Centre is incredibly professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. They guide every student with patience and clarity, making even difficult concepts easy to understand. Their friendly attitude creates a comfortable learning environment where anyone can ask questions without hesitation. Whether it’s technical help or career advice, the team is always ready to assist with genuine care. Overall, the staff truly stands out for their dedication and commitment to helping students grow." I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Australia IT Centre (G - Tech Solutions), located near Oxbridge School in Rahim Yar Khan, to help others avoid wasting their time and money. I paid fees for three months, but I was not provided with a proper teacher. For two weeks, a senior student, my classmate taught me basic HTML and CSS. After that, my remaining two and a half months were wasted, as despite repeated requests, no teacher was assigned. The institute continued to collect fee while showing no concern for students’ learning. Teachers behave unprofessionally and do not explain concepts clearly. From the first day, they instruct students to use AI tools for coding instead of teaching how to code manually. As a result, students rely entirely on AI to complete their work but lack basic understanding and core programming concepts, which are essential for software development. Even when a teacher was occasionally available, they simply told me to “learn from AI” instead of providing proper guidance. The management is a major issue. The owner, Mr. Aqib, has no control over the institute’s operations. He made several promises about quality education during enrollment, but none were fulfilled. The receptionist, Ms. Sna, runs the institute according to her own preferences, her behaviour toward students is rude and disrespectful, creating an uncomfortable environment. Many students are too scared to speak up due to her attitude. When I raised these concerns, I found administration priorities the number of admissions over student's learning & future. By those all major reasons I decided to leave the institute. Additionally, I found that the positive reviews on Google Maps, Facebook, and TikTok are misleading. I strongly advise others to avoid Australia IT Centre (G - Tech Solutions). The unprofessional teaching, over-reliance on AI tools, lack of basic learning, and focus on profits over students’ education make it a complete waste of time and money. Please be aware of this scam and choose better alternatives to protect your future.
Dear Team, I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my experience at GTech during my MERN Stack Development course. When I joined in the first month, everything seemed fine — the management and instructor were cooperative. However, after some time, I realized that there was no proper instructor available to teach students the fundamentals. For example, in the Frontend part, most students didn’t even know the basics of HTML and CSS — such as what tags, paragraphs, or classes are. Instead of explaining the concepts properly, we were simply told to open W3Schools, copy the code, and paste templates — which is not real learning. Students who are new to development cannot understand what’s happening if they are only copying and pasting code. This approach is disappointing and discouraging for beginners who genuinely want to learn. Furthermore, the environment has been quite unprofessional. There are frequent arguments — sometimes with students, sometimes among staff — which affects the overall learning experience. The behavior towards students is also disrespectful at times, as if we are not learners but workers. A teacher should inspire and guide, not make students feel belittled. Lastly, regarding the course structure — while most software houses complete this program within 3 months, here it has been extended to 6 months, seemingly only to collect extra fees. Many students can complete it in less time, yet they are bound to pay for all six months. In conclusion, I joined with great expectations, but unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. I truly hope the management takes this feedback positively and improves the quality of teaching, professionalism, and respect towards students. Thank you. Talha
I had a highly disappointing experience at G-Tech Solutions, also known as Australian IT Centre. They collect full fees upfront but fail to deliver promised facilities and support, making it a waste of time and money. I strongly advise against enrolling here. My friend and I enrolled in their Full Stack Web Development course, which lasted eight months. Initially, we had a teacher for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for just two weeks before she left. No replacement was provided, and instead, a senior student who lacked the skills to teach effectively was assigned to guide us. After two months of requesting a proper instructor, we were forced to self-learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, with minimal support. The institute’s controller, Mr. Aqib, dismissed our concerns, claiming teachers aren’t as effective as peers for learning, In simple words he said a friend or a classmate can teach you better than a Teacher. The backend portion, taught by Mr. Sharafat, was a highlight, as he was knowledgeable and supportive while teaching PHP and Laravel. However, post-course support was abysmal. The receptionist, Ms. Sana, delayed issuing our certificates for days despite providing correct details. We eventually had to request soft copies to print ourselves. Most frustratingly, the promised internship and interview opportunities never materialized, despite repeated reminders. Mr. Aqib consistently sided with the staff, particularly the receptionist, and showed little regard for student concerns, focusing primarily on admissions and revenue. Save your time and money choose a more reliable institute. Some People have given 5 starts reviews for this Place On Google Maps, These are their own people from the Institute, Beware of them! We Still have not got our Certificates I have also attached the Screenshot of the Message I sent to Ms. Sana For Certificate. It was not my duty to remind her for the Certificate, It was the duty if Ms. Sana because she is getting Paid for her work, but she is not doing her work properly
