I was very happy with the team that came to install my new Daikin Aircon. They took good care to cover up all my furniture and items so as not to dirty them during the installation works. Also I notice they study the best way to carry out the installation as the existing pipe and spare did not match the new FCU. The technician, Hein Min was very professional and explained how to operate the system to me in details. I will definitely recommend Fusion Aircon Services to my friends and family. 👍🏻

👷‍♂️👷‍♂️👷‍♂️ Review of Fusion Air-Con & Electrical Services We have been customers of Fusion Air-Con Electrical Services for approximately 15 years. Recently, after purchasing a new house, we decided to acquire a system 3 “Mitsubishi Starmex inverter” systems consisting of 3 fan coils and a compressor from Best Denki in Vivo City. We have an opportunity to meet Customer Service Mr. Ryan Koh, who thoroughly explained the uses, advantages, and disadvantages of various air conditioning brands. After considering our requirements, including the necessary *BTU (British Thermal Unit) ratings, we ultimately chose the Mitsubishi Electric Starmex inverter. *BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, a unit of energy used to measure heating and cooling capacity. Mr. Ryan Koh informed us that the installation would be handled by Fusion Air-Con Engineering Pte Ltd. To our surprise, this was the same company we had engaged for our air conditioning serving since 2011 when we purchased our first Mitsubishi Starmex System 2 (12,000 and 9,000 BTU units for the master bedroom and common room) and System 1 (24,000 BTU for the living room) a year later at our previous residence. We also appreciated that Best Denki gave us with an additional $100 NTUC FairPrice voucher during their promotional period. New Air conditioning installed! Regarding the new air conditioning installed at our new house, we generally found the quality of work to be good. Having known this company for many years, we were pleased with the site inspection, survey, and installation processes. All existing piping and wiring were replaced accordingly, as per the terms and conditions. Management of Workers! However, we believe that Fusion Air-Con should emphasize customer service more prominently. Specifically, ensuring that workers arrive punctually for appointments—be it for the installation of new air conditioning units or for bi-monthly maintenance—is crucial. We have encountered issues with lateness on multiple occasions. We recommend that workers inform customers or contact the head office if they are running late. This is especially important for condominium residents, where the building’s security can restrict entry after 5:30 PM. On several occasions, we have had to notify their headquarters to postpone and reschedule appointments due to these delays, as we have other chores to attend to after the scheduled air conditioning appointments. Another situation we encountered was when their workers, who were supposed to come as per arrangement for site measurements at 4 PM, 3 June 2025 did not turn up at all. We tried to contact their head office, but in vain. By that time, it was already 4:30 PM, and we waited until 6 PM. We had no other option but to call Ryan Koh of Best Denki and report the situation. A few minutes later, the head office of Fusion Air con customer service called us to inform that they were on the way, but it was already 6 PM. We told them to cancel and schedule another day for site measurements before the installation as we are busy with other vendors appointments such as painting, vinyl flooring tiles etc. This was set for 6 June 2025. Quality of Workers! In terms quality of work, we have found their workers to be generally responsible and proficient in their tasks. Over the years, many of the foreign workers from Myanmar, India, and Malaysia have consistently demonstrated commendable skills and a friendly approach. In conclusion, while we are satisfied with the overall quality of work done, there is room for improvement regarding punctuality and effective communication when delays occur. Customers appreciate timely updates and want to feel valued. Ensuring that workers also feel appreciated will contribute significantly to the growth and success of the business. The air-conditioning installation team from Fusion Air-con was efficient from start to finish. Communication with the office prior to installation was clear and prompt. Alvin conducted a thorough site assessment, patiently explained what needed to be done, and provided helpful recommendations. Rhotang and the other two team members who installed my AC were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They also cleaned up after the installation was completed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would have no hesitation in recommending FUSION and their professional team. Thank you for the good job done!
