Functionaire is as good as it gets for working with any third party contractor. The team is extremely kind, organized, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and was there for our team when we needed them. We have been working with Functionaire for 3+ years now and view them as a true extension of our team. If we could have them all to ourselves, we would! With their partnership over the years, we have successfully redesigned various elements of our website, conducted useful user testing and research, entered into new third party vendor relationship with their consultation and guidance, launched a formal Loyalty program, redesigned our post-purchase journey experiences (to name a few initiatives).
