Their team is always reliable, professional, courteous and consistently arrives on time for scheduled appointments. The quality of their service is outstanding, and they take the time to thoroughly address any pest issues while explaining the process clearly.
Service was amazing. Ian came and sprayed. I felt very well assured that they were going to kill the bugs. The rates are very reasonable and their communication is top-notch letting a customer know when they’re coming and what they’re doing. I have been with Full Scope for a few years now. The employees that show up are very professional and listen to my needs. They finish by telling me exactly what they did. If I ever have an issue between sprays, they come out and take care of it. I don’t have to remember when my service is due as they reach out. Great service and fair prices, highly recommend!
January 2026: Still an avid fan of Fullscope Pest Control. Just brought in the new year with my quarterly spray to keep my 8 legged friends from coming inside. Great customer service. Updated 2025: We have been customers for 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company to get rid of all your creepy crawlies. Our quarterly treatments let us enjoy the our front porch, our outdoor kitchen, and I can sleep knowing there is nothing crawling inside the house. Ron is our service tech and is always so pleasant and thoughtful. You won't be disappointed in the service and great prices. We have been using Fullscope since we bought our home almost 2 years ago. Couldn't be happier with our decision. Ron is our technician and is able to explain everything we need to know about the process and the type of critters to be concerned about. Completely thorough and address all our concerns. Still very happy with this company. Love the convenience of having a quarterly treatment.
These folks are honest. Big thanks to Derek today. Twice we’ve asked them to come out and inspect possible termite damage and they confirmed it was either unrelated rot or something else. Meanwhile the competition told us in the past we had termites and needed to pay $3K to fix it. You got yourself a lifelong customer with that one.
