I often drive by Full Sail Media Production House wondering what do they do in that huge building. I would ask myself: Is it a recording studio? I am a lyricist. I went in to find out. It is not a recording studio. What Full Sail does is to print media. The staff greeted me so kindly and shared information about the services they provide. Every single person I encountered inside and outside pleasantly asked me if they could help me with anything. No one questioned where I parked. They had the friendliest faces and biggest smiles. Must be really fun to work there. I think I may soon need their services. I rate Full Sail Media 5

We have been a customer of Full Sail Media for many years at their Glen Burnie location as well as their Production House in Baltimore. Customer service has always been first class. Accuracy and communication is key in the printing industry and our Rep, Karyn, is excellent in both. We highly recommend Full Sail Media and will continue to use them for all of our printing needs.
