The boss is highly skilled and very professional. The repair was done quickly and effectively, and the service attitude was excellent. Not only did he fix my washing machine, but he also took the time to explain some of its new features and how to use them. Overall, a very satisfying experience—highly recommended!
💯 satisfied with the repair service and their response time was commendable. I had contacted A-MAC on WhatsApp from their website at 8pm and the technician made the trip to my house even though it was late at night at 10.30pm. A power trip in the house had toasted my fridge's motherboard. Amazingly, the technician had the motherboard needed by my fridge for the replacement in his vehicle. Fridge was repaired and the technician also did a general check of the fridge and somehow a persistent knocking sound went away mysteriously too. I'm very happy with the service. :)
