FreeUp

This platform has proven to be a huge disappointment as a creative. As someone w/ 25 years experience in many types of content development, branding and marketing work...most of the work offered is something I would be perfect for, and my portfolio reflects it. However, 95% of the work I apply for is kicked back, and I am told is offered to other freelancers. In addition to this...the pay for the work on this site is so extremely low that working on it generally means you work for peanuts!! All in all, my time spent on this site has been a huge disappointment for a company advertising they are quite the opposite. Anyone can say they are the best...it is obvious these guys are not, and don't support those who could get them there!

As a freelancer on the platform, and having hired from the platform for my own team As well as client teams, I can say without a doubt that my business could not function as well without FreeeUp. Their amazing support staff really make the platform one of a kind and are always responsive and helpful. Any time an issue has come up with a client or a freelancer, a digital glitch, or a billing need, the team has responded swiftly and I have felt completely supported from my side. I also have lots of happy clients who have had the same experience. I highly recommend hiring, and working through FreeUp any day. (Or everyday!)

The service I have received from FreeUp, since I signed up, has always been awesome!! They check in regularly to make sure I am happy with my Freelancers and send out really great tips and tricks to help every project to be successful. We have regular, open communication and respond to me quickly when needed. They have high standards of service for their Freelancers and I truly appreciate that!
