Although it's still a while away, I'm considering renovating a property and dropped in just to hear what they had to say. Even though I showed up without making a reservation, they were very polite and kind, explaining what procedures are involved and what types of purchases are available in a way that even a layman could understand. I was nervous at first, but they were very friendly and easy to talk to. I fell in love at first sight with a photo of a custom-built bathroom by Freeze Life that I saw on social media, and decided to take the plunge and make an inquiry. It actually took me four years to look for an apartment... but I hadn't found a property that I thought was "the one!" until my contact, Muto-san, gave me very careful support and I finally found my dream home. It's really reassuring to have a one-stop shop that handles everything from property hunting to renovation, and every meeting is exciting. We're currently in the middle of renovations and due to be completed in September!
