I contacted them about a month ago (all online) to create a website for my business based on a sketch and text we provided. Not only did they ignore our feedback, but we had to repeatedly point out the same mistakes the developer was making. Needless to say, the website didn't turn out as we expected. I wouldn't hire them again because of their lack of attention and respect for the client.
