Frank's Mr. Plumber

I recently had my main line sewer replaced by Frank's. Started with their crew that came out for their $99 clear any line special. We've had roots before, but never this bad. Everyone involved was nothing but professional. When the first crew (Kyle) ran into issues getting the line open they brought in a 2nd truck (Kevin) with the camera and determined the line had almost completely collapsed. Every step of the way they encouraged questions and were showing me everything. They were able to get it flowing slightly, and thankfully since I had the mainline coverage on my insurance were able to document everything I needed to submit to insurance to get the line replaced. Initial visit to snake the line was on a Monday, by Wednesday I had the deposit from the insurance (who were so impressed with the reasonableness of Frank's quote they didn't even require me to get a 2nd quote, which they said they normally require) and by Friday afternoon that same week my main line was replaced from the house to the street. All that's left is for them to come back in a couple months once the lawn settles for final grading and re-seeding (also included in their scope of work). Can't recommend this company enough. Kyle and Kevin are real assets.

I called this morning with a sewer back up and was able to get an appointment today. The service technician, Kyle W, showed up only a few hours later. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get my house back to normal. I will definitely be recommending Frank’s Mr. Plumber (and Kyle!) to friends and family.

Working with Brian Alley has been one of the easiest and most seamless experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Replacing a bubbler is a major project, but Brian has made the entire process stress-free. Joel was on time and very professional. He knew what he was doing and resolved my issue quickly! Very nice and personable- i usually NEVER opt for additional service plans but I opted in because he explained it thoroughly and addressed any concerns and questions I had. I also had the pleasure of having Jackson come and do some work as well. He was polite and personable. Fixed my issue thoroughly explained in detail what needed to be done and did it. He listened to my concerns and made sure to address them all. Thanks to both!

Al Carroll was an excellent plumber. When he came to provide the estimate to replace the main hot and cold shut off valves, he explained everything in a manner that was clear and understandable. When he came to do the work he was very professional and ensured I knew exactly what the process was and once again asked if I had any further questions before stating the job. He was very neat and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I would recommend Frank’s Mr. Plumber to friends and family.
