These guys have put together a great back end dashboard for review management and tracking. Our business has 7 locations and about 30 managers, and Foxglove has provided the best tools we have seen for different tiers of access to the dashboard, automated emails informing the relevant team every time a new review comes in, and having real people responding to our reviews professionally and publicly so our managers can take care focus on taking care of customers behind the scenes. They are also quick to reply to emails and return calls, and make whatever changes we ask for in a timely fashion. We are thrilled with the work they have done and would recommend them to anyone.
