Cassius was amazing! Very professional, personable, and put me at ease. We had a carpenter bee issue and he was right on top of it. He also helped me with some other creepy crawlers that I had around my house. I highly recommend this company and Cassius as the technician. Very pleased

Last weekend we came home to a sign from Fox Pest Control-Buffalo on our lawn and a flyer on our door that our property had been treated. We thought it must just be a door-to-door salesman because we aren't Fox customers, never have been, surely they didn't actually randomly treat our house. But my husband decided to check the security cameras just incase and yea, there's the technician spraying our porch AND EVERYTHING ON IT and intentionally putting something all over the ground around our CHICKEN COOP. I called Fox and got a customer service rep in Utah. After a little searching, she found the closest Fox customer to this and my neighbor two doors down confirmed that they were expecting a treatment that day. Reviewing the technician's notes on that day's treatment, we found he HAD NOT TAKEN ANY. We did not know what was sprayed or where, except for the limited views from our security cameras. Hours later the representative called me back and gave me the name of two pesticides supposedly used - Niban (a boric acid pellet) and Termidor NY (a spray pesticide containing Fipronil- google it, it's nasty stuff for the environment). The rep was exceedingly unprofessional in her behavior- unable to pronounce the names, giggling about it, unable to tell me ANYTHING about the chemicals. I had to find the SDS sheets on my own on their difficult to navigate website. I told her I had a whole list of questions and someone needed to answer them. She assured me I'd receive a call from her manager and the Orchard Park Fox branch manager on Monday. On THURSDAY I called Fox again because, surprise, no contact from anyone. A manager apologized, and when I shared all my questions and concerns, assured me he would work to answer everything and promised me a call back from him and/or the branch manager by the end of that day. That was three days ago.... want to guess how many phone calls I've receieved back? Pesticides were applied, without our consent or knowledge, to fruit and vegetable plants. Are those plants inedible now? Is the soil contaminated for future planting? Pesticides were applied around our chicken coop and house where chickens free-range. Will my beloved pets get sick? Do I have to throw out the dozens of eggs they produce a week? Pesticides were applied directly on and around CHILDRENS TOYS, MY SHOES, DOG TOYS AND BRUSHES, THE LINING OF THE RABBIT CAGE which was out drying, and other household items that had been siting on our porch. Are they safe? Do I toss them all? Who's going to replace them? Pesticides were applied on and around our beautiful gardens. Which we lovingly curate to support pollinators and local wildlife. Bees, butterflies, birds, rabbits, frogs, toads, snakes, and other wildlife have all been poisoned. Fox Pest Control's actions are careless and ILLEGAL- application of harmful pesticides, gaslighting and ghosting us in a time where we just asked for their cooperation, withholding answers and solutions, and possibly causing harm to the lives in and around our home.

Very likable salesman sold us mosquito flea and tick extermination outside and rodent spider issues inside. Exterior extermination was applied and within one day all three of my dogs were sick with diarrhea. The appointment was for 5 o’clock in the evening and they showed up at 10 AM. Two days in a row, expecting to be let inside and into the gates of the backyard. What would happen if no one was home? Application of any insecticides was very quick with very little Attention to hotspots. All around I would not use this service or recommend again

Cash came and was so professional, very informative, listened and took came of our concerns. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be requesting him everytime!!! Thank you Cash!!!!

UPDATED REVIEW: The original post below was how we felt initially. After three months, one no-show appointment, and the possibility of additional expenses - we were told that the techs still didn't even know what kind of animal was in our attic. We were told it could be mice, rats, chipmunks, or squirrels - or a combination of those. If it was the last two, Fox said they could not help us and we would need a wildlife expert paid separately. What did we pay for three months of services for if they cannot even determine what species is in my house? They never even went around the outside of the house to find their entry points. Such a shame, because we started off so well and so hopefully. If you have bugs, sure, go with Fox. But anything involving fur or your attic, I suggest looking elsewhere. Fox has always been prompt, sympathetic, and priced fairly. We hired them in December for rodents in our attic. These little jerks are making it difficult for us to evict them, but Fox keeps on trying. Cassius, especially, has been our hero. He does what other technicians haven't done and goes above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. His manners and his consideration, as well as his friendly personality, make us look forward to his visits. There have been some other techs that have visited and not been as thorough as they should be, but because we are on the annual plan and because Fox has a great warrantee, they always send someone to make it right. Our little visitors in the attic are not gone yet, but I have confidence, again mainly because of Cassius, that we are quickly going in the right direction.
