Engaged Four Solutions for mold treatment in our master bedroom and had a good experience overall. The team explained the process clearly and carried out the work professionally. They properly treated the mold, repainted the ceiling with anti-mold paint and made sure the area was protected and cleaned up after the job. They also helped remove the booklice issue during the treatment. What I appreciated was that they also shared useful advice on how to prevent mold from coming back, instead of just doing the job and leaving. Service was smooth, pricing was reasonable and the team was easy to deal with. Hopefully the mold issue stays away, but so far I’m happy with the results and would recommend them. Nathan was very genuine and patient to assess and inspect my space for mold. Subsequently, he advised that my space had no real threat of mold growth and told us to save the money. For a peace of mind we could simply spray down to kill any little booklice and the cost was substantially lower. During the spraying, he even went further to cover some other areas outside of the initial scope FOC. Would have given him 6 stars if I could.
