I needed a new battery for my laptop, and the cheapest quote I got was £95 with a 7 day turnaround. Forth Valley Systems supplied and fitted the battery within a few days, and I was able to keep my laptop while waiting on the battery being delivered. The cost? £40 supplied and fitted. I cannot fault the service I received, and would have no hesitation in recommending this business. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
My laptop was ten years old and unable to run Windows 11. I heard about Andrew from a friend who had been in the same situation. He responded straight away and helped me to choose a suitable replacement. Once I’d bought it he transferred all my files etc and it was ready to use again. I couldn’t have asked for more: responsive, reliable and personable and it was inexpensive.
Andrew cured the problem with my Canon printer and Dell desktop within the hour, expertly over the phone, and via remote access. A pleasure to deal with, and such a friendly manner. I can highly recommend.
Very efficient service and good explanation of what was required and feedback on what had been done. Very pleased with the result. Reasonably priced and good experience all round.
