We asked them to design a new product, smoked nuts. They worked with us to identify our target customers through interviews and proposed a design that would convey the store's vision. They also accompanied us to a product photo shoot in the mountains of Chichibu and created a leaflet for us. I was impressed by the design, which not only seems to appeal to customers but also has a certain personal touch to it. I would definitely ask them to design for me again!
