担当の野村さんがなによりレスポンスが早く、アドバイスや些細な相談にも乗って下さり大変感謝しております。 敷地が広いこともあり職人さんも大変だったと思いますが、予定以内に工事も終わりイメージ通りに仕上がり妻も大変喜んでおります。

We built a new house and they helped with the exterior construction. Before I found flow, I had heard about many different exterior contractors, but none of them really suited me...Then someone introduced me to flow and when they presented me with their exterior design, I decided on them straight away lol. Every step was explained carefully and the price was very reasonable. And Mr. No◯'s stories were always so enjoyable, I'm sorry I always stayed longer... My wife and I are both very satisfied. I hope we can work together again if the opportunity arises🙇

We were grateful for the exterior construction work on our new building. He was easy to ask about things I didn't understand, and he made lots of suggestions, which made the meeting enjoyable! Everyone who worked on the project was very kind and polite! We are extremely grateful for your excellent service with our new house's exterior landscaping. We considered several companies when planning our exterior landscaping. We chose FLOW because of the atmosphere of their office, the excellent phone service from the president, and the helpfulness of the staff when we visited. All the contractors involved in the exterior landscaping, including Mr. Yoshida who was in charge of our project, were very professional and helpful. Instead of simply following our plans, they listened to our needs and offered thoughtful suggestions on-site, suggesting improvements where necessary. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe, with each step carried out carefully and meticulously. My parents and I are extremely satisfied. We are considering additional exterior landscaping work, and we will definitely ask Mr. Yoshida from FLOW to do it again next year and beyond.
