I'm keen to write this review because it's rare to find serious people these days. Flavio is the epitome of professionalism (I deliberately capitalize that!)! He listens to you, understands your needs perfectly, and is very helpful and kind. He has an open mind, a quality that's essential in this line of work, and the precision with which he pays attention to even the smallest details is one of the factors that contributes to the success of the final product. Congratulations, I'm very satisfied!

Nothing to say, Flavio is a truly wonderful and professional person. He truly listens to people and puts them at ease, even when dealing with complex and difficult topics. I didn't expect to be so satisfied with the final result. I recommend him to everyone.

I contacted Mr. Leone for transcriptions. He responded to my email confirming the service's availability (which, after all, is advertised on his website as a ghostwriter) and requested more information about the nature of the audio material (which confirms his availability). I responded in detail and waited for days: no response. If he's unable to transcribe the material (excellent quality, legally binding audio), please communicate appropriately with the potential client. In short, based on my negative experience, I don't recommend this transcriber. I should add that, after my review, he took the time to email me using the contact information I'd used (which, like my name and surname, are not visible on the account linked to the review), asking if I was happy with what I'd done. I believe his behavior and his response to my review are worth more than a thousand words.

Professionalism and expertise are a hallmark of Flavio. I think he's the best in his field, especially for his patience and attention to every detail. Highly recommended.
