I started a candle business and wanted to take my business to next level; I initially purchased a shopify store and got very discouraged trying to set it up. Working with Fixmywebs made it easy for me. with a few tweaks my site was completed. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Update … I worked with this company for my website . The person I worked with Robert was polite and kind throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, there was a significant gap in understanding my vision. I explained I wanted certain pictures on the site and they were putting any pictures they wanted. I even sent picture examples and still they put whatever. The final website did not reflect the website examples I provided, nor did it resemble the quality of work shown to me from their previous projects. Turnaround times for updates, even small ones, were typically 2–3 days and they don’t work weekend, which slowed the process. There were also several requested changes that were never completed. Additionally, their company credit was placed on my website without prior discussion or approval, which I believe should always be communicated first. While the interaction was pleasant, the overall results did not meet my expectations. I noticed why reviews are so good it’s because you are asked very early into the process to complete a review. I now have to go with another company to create my website. Money wasted.

I have nothing but a good experience with this company. My website turned out perfect & it was what I was looking for. Whenever, I have experienced problems or needed to be added onto my website they have always responded promptly. Rick and Robert have been a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!!
