This was by far one of the worst experiences we have encountered. They collected a deposit of $800. Did not provide an invoice after deposit was initiated. To add insult, we had to call them to ask when the work was going to be done. They informed us 12noon but came almost at 3pm. To add further insult the duo came and did such a slipshod work. The cabinet was misaligned. The board they provided for shelving looked like it was a second hand piece. Truly a nightmare. What was extremely frustrating was how the main fella, suddenly whips up a “invoice” claiming the entire work was $1900k! Lesson learnt for us - Be very careful of ever getting any service from such company. Very disheartening and extremely disappointing.

I am very satisfied with Fix It Papa Pte Ltd on their workmanship. They make effort to cover my room furniture to minimize dusty environment and are very focus on doing their job well and neat. Their punctuality on every session leave a good impression too. Highly recommend Fix It Papa if you want a peace of mind and value for money 👍👍👍

Amending my original review from 5 stars to 1. I guess first impressions can be deceiving. The first time I contacted Fix It Papa, Sharif delivered with flying colors. He insisted on getting a good Google review, which I provided immediately. A month or so after, I reached out again for various repairs needed for an end of lease. That’s when I got the post-Google review experience. One of the repairs was a stuck door lock, which after a few turns turned out to be working fine. Sharif purposefully messed with the lock to get it stuck again so I would have to replace it. There were other fixes needed where the LL’s contractor provided a better quote so the agent decided to go with that. Sharif insisted on doing the repairs at the same rate but we later found out he changed the shower holder to a shorter one, leaving an exposed hole on the wall. Similarly, we had to re laminate the side of a door that had chipped and the ask was to relaminate the entire side to even out the color. Sharif promised he would do that so he could get the job but ended up only covering the chipped part (charging $90 for that). Of course the LL complained and it had to be redone. When I called him out on all this he said he is honest because he didn’t charge me to the work he put in trying to fix a window (which he didn’t manage to fix). Overall, the difference between the 1st and the 2nd service was mind-bugling. Not only the results were poor, but the attitude was inappropriate at best. I would say you can probably use their services once and then after that you should find someone else.
