First Rank SEO

I have a niche service business in the Vancouver area. I had already made myself what I thought was an ok website on GoDaddy and I began approaching some companies about SEO. Most companies were only interested in selling me expensive Google Ads, or charging a lot each month for what I felt were very few keywords. Then I got in touch with Donnie Glennie at First Rank. Donnie recommended that instead of monthly SEO bills, I would do better with a high quality website with the SEO embedded. Donnie put the website design in the hands of Matt Wire, who put together an amazing site that has me coming up at the top of Page 1 or close in all the municipalities I operate in. I'm very happy with the results and the ongoing service that Donnie and Matt provide. I feel that I definitely made the right choice in going with First Rank.

We've worked with First Rank for many years for SEO, and now more recently with GEO. One thing that stands out besides their clear expertise and forward-thinking mentality, is their core values / culture! My main contact Colton is trustworthy, enthusiastic and truly makes me feel our brand is in good hands. Happy to recommend First Rank SEO to anyone looking to grow their organization with a team that truly cares.

To make a long story short, our website got broken by the current provider, in a bunch of ways. In an effort to identify the source of the problem we engaged First Rank SEO (amongst others) for review and assistance. Matt was highly responsive, helpful, appropriately instructive, thorough and detailed in his response and generous regarding his time spent on calls discussing it all. We didn't end up working with First Rank SEO (for a variety of reasons NONE of which had anything at all to do with their abilities, pricing, competence, or anything else). Had something else not transpired I've every reason to believe that they'd have been in the running (if not our top choice) for an SEO partner. The point of this review is to advise others that you may expect professionalism, an authoritative approach, great customer service, knowledge and expertise from them and I'm happy to provide this review and recommend them DESPITE the fact that we didn't end up doing business together. Every step of the interaction process with Matt and his team was entirely satisfactory and I've no doubt that they'd have been able to provide what we were needing had we proceeded with contracting First Rank SEO for the work. I was disappointed to have to say 'no' but again, this was for reasons other than anything at all related to their capabilities, expertise or professionalism.

Today I attended the First Rank SEO Presentation through the Winnipeg Chamber. The session was informative, well-structured and delivered in a highly professional manner. I walked away with valuable insights and a much better understanding of how SEO can support business growth. I highly recommend First Rank

We've been using First Rank and their SEO team for over a year and have seen some really positive results. They are very upfront and transparent with both expectations, and the work they put in. We would highly recommend.
