The contract holder was over 18 years old but had not yet graduated from high school, so he was subjected to multiple contracts and service proposals in a situation where it was difficult for his guardian to be involved. Although it was explained that he could cancel the contract later, I felt that younger customers could use the service with more caution and with more options presented. In the future, I think that if young customers were given the option of having a guardian present or receiving an explanation in advance if they wished, they would be able to use the service with greater peace of mind.

The service I received upon moving out was terrible. They only spoke in a purely businesslike manner, completely disregarding my feelings. No matter how many questions I asked, I received no proper answers, only being told that it was outside their scope of business. Are they only concerned with collecting money upon move-out? I think they need to improve their employee training.

When I contacted them on their day off, another person responded just as quickly, making it easy to arrange a viewing date. When we met at the property to view, they even interviewed local people before I arrived. During the viewing, they looked over every nook and cranny with me, which helped me gain more knowledge about things to look out for when choosing a property. After we decided on a property, they also explained what we needed to do next, so I didn't have any trouble. They were very helpful. I plan to ask Field Kaihatsu for help the next time I need to deal with something related to real estate.

This company is still cutting corners because of COVID. I guess they're only being nice to new customers. You have to pay the renewal fee transfer fee, and you have to pay the envelope for returning the renewal documents, it's all for the field's convenience.
