Due to a negligence from the first pest control company, we happened to find Fidz Pest online and engaged them to do an inspection for our house. The result was that, our house is infested with bird mites and throughout the entire inspection, the specialist was very patient and answered our endless questions. This is something that is much needed given our first encounter with bird mites. 2 treatments are required for the elimination of bird mites. For the first treatment, they came and wrap our house with plastic bags and even answered our questions patiently and commenced the treatment. For the second treatment, they were also very patient as well! I am so thankful to discover their company via online and with their professional advice, our house is FREE from bird mites and we can't thank them enough for their patience and understanding throughout this period!
