Had a very enjoyable dining experience at Fiamma. The food was good and beautifully presented. While it may not have been the very best meal I've ever had, it was still enjoyable and well executed. What really stood out was the service. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel genuinely well looked after without being intrusive. Their attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere. It is located a little deeper inside the hotel, so there is a short walk to reach it, but once you arrive, the setting is elegant and worth it. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience with excellent hospitality. I would happily return and would recommend Fiamma to anyone staying at the hotel or looking for a nice evening out.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Fiamma. The house-made meatball appetiser was incredibly flavourful and set a great tone for the meal. The blue lobster pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the lobster itself was sweet and fresh, really standing out in every bite. The lamb stew was rich and deeply flavourful, comforting yet refined. To top it all off, the tiramisu was easily one of the best I’ve had light, balanced, and absolutely delicious. A special mention to Kalai for the fantastic service friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable with small jokes along the way. Truly great hospitality.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Fiamma, and a big part of it was thanks to Mani. From the moment we were seated, Mani’s service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful without being intrusive. She explained the dishes well, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel smooth and premium. It genuinely felt like dining at a 5-star Michelin restaurant. What stood out most was the sincerity behind the service. It's not just doing her job, but doing it with pride and care. This kind of service elevates the entire dining experience. Thank you, Mani, for making our visit so memorable. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful collaboration dinner between Fiamma and Fortuna Italian Trattoria. The food was amazing — truly authentic Italian flavours throughout the evening. The Mafalde pasta was beautifully executed, especially with the torching of the provolone cheese that added great depth and aroma. The pizza was fluffy yet chewy with an excellent crust texture. The fish served with puttanesca sauce was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. To end the dinner, the truffle crumble tiramisu was a rich and satisfying finale. We also toasted the night with a wonderful glass of wine. Together with Chef Antonio, Chef Egon (guest chef for the evening), Shahie, Sara, and the attentive service team, it was truly a warm, memorable, and delicious Italian dining experience.

Perfect birthday dinner, food was amazing. Big thanks for Ross, Shahie and the Somm, one of the best night! Also the breakfast offers a wide variety of food from a la cart menu, Ellen remembers all of our order for days and provided great service!
