I come here from time to time to buy some industrial items. Even though i pay via bank transfer ahead of time, it's always a slow process just for them to process the print outs then need to go down and interact with the guard to wait for items to be pulled out. At least an hour on a good day. Well today I arrived during the office lunch hour and I had the absolute pleasure to sit in their office waiting for staff to finish eating their lunch. No effort to just print the papers and write a receipt so i can get on my way. 1pm hits, then their businessworld resumes again. Love it when a paying customer gets to abide by the office policy and culture and waste precious time especially since there's lots more to do in a day
