Falkon's development team recently helped up shore up and expand an internal database project and everything was top knotch from start to finish. From our discovery phase they really understood the scope of work and deliverables we were looking for and tailored their proposal to us, to deployment and support on the back end. We engaged Falkon Technologies to finish a customer-facing software product in which the original developer was underperforming. Falkon took over and completed the original MVP scope of work and subsequently completed a second scope of work within the time and cost budgets. The new software works per the SOW details. The entire Falkon team was professional and consultive during the engagements. Later when we experienced challenges in an area that was not related to the scopes of work mentioned above, we engaged Falkon. Falkon was responsive in identifying the root cause and resolving the challenges. We subsequently engaged Falkon in a maintenance agreement to monitor and prevent related challenges. After the maintenance agreement, we have not experienced any challenges. I have worked with quite a few different developers over the years.
