Either I order online for home delivery for ALL items (DRY n WET goods).. or purchase in store but if you purchase in store, the order min $200 for home delivery is ONLY for DRY goods.. while the WET goods you need to bring home yrself .. that's the difference.. to use up the cdc voucher needed to go personally to purchase cos you cannot use the cdc voucher for online delivery π... Hope in future they will come up with purchasing online goods USING cdc voucher.. save the trouble of bring back the WET goods yrself.. get all delivered together.. I normally do bulk purchases 3 times a year fr NTUC on mainly DRY- toiletries, basic staples like rice, noodles, oil, seasonings, WET-cheese, margarine some frozen stuff.. For daily consumption buy meat, vege as n when needed.. frankly you'll save alot in this way.. it's jus my thoughts.. But anyways this ntuc hg 1 extra is 2bus stop away n normally I'll jus walk.. it's not that far.. I can get everything under 1 roof.. πππππ
Renovated and fully revamp in Jan 2021. Place is now much brighter and cleaner. Walkways between shelves are just nice for multiple trolley to scroll or stop. Now this Fairprice Xtra offers a greater variety of everything! From fresh local produce to imported fruits to fresh bakery, electronics.
FairPrice Xtra but wasn't so crowded? This is the place, comparing to two nearest Xtra at NEX and AMK hub, this is the least crowd. I like shopping here, not much queue at the cashier as well and it was quick. It has complete collection as other Xtra. It is located at level 2 od hougang one mall with travellator up.
Your staff treated people like thieves. They were happily talking amongst themselves and after i paid, asked to check for the receipt that i actually paid $0.05 for the plastic bag & even counted the items i bought to ensure that i did pay, even though i said to her she could just check the receipt if she wanted to (at this point the receipt was still printing). Asked at least TWICE and i said βcan you wait for the receipt to come out then you verify?β After verifying i PAID $0.05, proceed to ask why i took 2 plastic bags?! Do you think i want to cheat your $0.05? How would i know $0.05 is for one? Can tell me properly right? Very bad attitude from staff. Btw to the auntie who did this - donβt pick on younger people just because. I donβt see you giving other people such an attitude or spending so much βtimeβ with them as you did with me.
Had a great experience at FairPrice Xtra. The cashier, Mr Teo Su Yeow, was very friendly and efficient, and kindly shared about using the CDC vouchers to receive a $6 return voucher. Really appreciated his helpfulness and positive attitude. Great service overall!
