Fairprice is a great supermarket with all the necessities. first time at this outlet this year and the smell of the fresh seafood/fish area is really bad. it stinks so rushed grocery shopping. selection and variety at this outlet is good though.
Very bad staff. While waiting for customer to do payment and leave (near closing time), I always hear them busy gossiping about their colleagues very loudly (to the extent that everyone could hear their conversation). This gave a very bad impression of this outlet… I don’t see such things happening in other outlets. If there is a 0 star option I will definitely give a zero star!
I was there 2 hrs ago 11/07/26 at self checkout, been patronising there regularly, this young service staff was talking to me in Chinese n I say don’t understand, n thank her for guiding me in English, when finally paid up, she was berating me to her colleague, saying i don’t understand English n with a sarcastic face, not a very nice gesture
