Kindly operate the self check out terminals, 2 elderly staff manually helping people to scan the groceries/items were too slow. Understaff? Cut cost? So much people, even at 11pm
What is the purpose of self checkout if you close it? It's barely 11pm but only 2 manned couters open. Took me 25 mins just to pay for my purchase! Won't it be more efficient if you have 1 couter open with another staff manning the self-checkout?
