Unfortunately the barrage of calls, emails, and LinkedIn requests do not stop. I recently downloaded an eBook I saw from a post on LinkedIn - and to download you must consent to receiving communications from the company which I consented to. Since then, I have received an unwelcomed LinkedIn Connection Request, a LinkedIn Message, 4 Emails, and 5 Phone Calls. 2 days ago I finally responded back to the sales rep that I would like to be removed from communications moving forward. Instead of respecting this request he proceeded to respond to that email (did not acknowledge it at all) again asking to setup a call to see what Extu can do for me. On top of that he also called me AGAIN this afternoon. I've left my review on BBB as well as here. I've deleted the eBook before even opening and reading it due to this.

I work with Incentive Solutions for our B2B loyalty program. They have exceptional knowledge and service. Their team members are all A-Team and we have accomplished launching a completely new program in a short turnaround time. I would suggest increasing the strategic level staff as they seem a little short handed. Some strategic items take a while to come to fruition. Definitely best in the business for B2B loyalty programs. I highly recommend them!

Incentive Solutions has been our rewards program company for many years. Their level of customer service is better than any other we have worked with! They have great communication and always are willing to help out when we need it. Additionally, our providers have loved this rewards program and truly enjoy getting to cash in their points! Incentive Solutions does a great job of managing the dealer reward programs for the Goodman and Amana brands. The account executives are always quick to respond and provide recommendations of how to structure a program / campaign, in addition to being great partners to brainstorm new approaches to rewarding the target behavior we are looking for. Strong company with excellent people that will help you manage your internal / external incentive programs with ease!

Incentive Solutions has been great to work with for our Sales Incentive trips at Kowa Pharmaceuticals. They are experts in choosing locations and on location they are the best in the business. We use them for our incentive programs throughout the year as well and our employees love the service they provide.
