We have had Expert HVAC service our AC unit for years and are very pleased with their quick response, friendly and knowledgeable service techs. They are always on time and call if they will be early or a little late due to taking time with another customer that requires more time. Their techs are efficient with their time and we have found them and their management to be honest in their dealing with us. We highly recommend Expert HVAC.

I don't usually leave reviews and at first I just hit the 5 star button and called it good. I think Expert HVAC deserves a little better. I do Handyman work and small residential contracting in an RV resort with about 750 park models and started using Expert about 4 years ago. At first it was just moving floor vents and installing new floor returns to improve the A/C efficiency, but now they are the only recommended HVAC company for for all my clients needs. When they do a job, it's done right. Whether it's running a new thermostat wire, installing a new unit or doing a service call, the techs are professional and very knowledgeable. When I look at a new install I can always tell if Expert HVAC was the company used. They take the time to do the custom tin work neede to minimize the gap between the park model and the unit. Everything is left tidy with no debris laying around and they don't leave your old unit laying around for days, waiting for it to be disposed of. Everything about this company is professional. From the office staff taking the call, the estimator coming out to look at the job, to the service and install techs who perform the work. You won't find a better company anywhere in the valley. I can't tell you how their prices compare to other companies because I won't use anyone else. If quality workmanship and professionalism are your priority, give Expert a call.

You will not find a better company for your HVAC needs. I have been using them for over ten years and today’s tech Grayson was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I got two units fully inspected and had to purchase a capacitor. I highly recommend!

Gabe showed up in a timely manner to do the initial inspection of the AC/Heat Pump and explained the issues with old unit. Provided 3 different options of units for replacement with pricing. I selected the best unit out of the 3 options and an appointment for install was readily scheduled. Patrick and crew showed up promptly the morning of installation for the new heat pump. This was a roof top installation and the whole process of old system removal and new system install was completed in around 3 hours. Expert HVAC Services installed my previous unit and it lasted 14 years in the brutal Arizona desert climate. I would recommend them for service or unit replacements.
