It was my first time using their site and as an inexperienced user, there were many issues with my files. Thankfully, the excard team especially staff Hoe wasvery patient with me and eventually helped me to resize my files. The finished products came out perfect as expected, with no errors or flaws. Overall, this was a fantastic experience coupled with great pricing on the items purchased, hence the 5/5 star rating.
