If you have a complex job to that require experienced skills - not a good idea. I had a tripping problem of my RCCB. They did a “Mega” testing to isolate circuit that has the problem but could not isolate. In actual fact the methods the did mega testing was wrong. As a result, they recommended to change the RCCB which cost me $135 and does not solve the problem. Eventually I got another electrician. He did Mega test again and this time he ensured that all sockets and switches are removed and off. This is the correct way to isolate circuit shorts. They were then able to isolate the problem is with the insulation of the kitchen water heater. All that was needed is to isolate and disconnect the cable. If the first “mega” test was done correctly I do not need to - waste my $135 - call a second electrician I can understand if the problem was hard to troubleshoot. And can accept the risk of replacement. But the problem could easily be isolated with a correct mega testing. They did acknowledge and offered a $15 discount which we agreed on goodwill. I did not give 1 star because the communication has been prompt and helpful. I also think the attitude of the electrician was very good. Post update: ——————- They have reached out to me after this review and offered to waive fully their charges. I would like to acknowledge the excellent service recovery.

I will like to give my utmost appreciation to Mr Aru for his fast and excellent service to change the 15 years old light to a new LED light. With the new installed LED light, it really transform how we see things during the night time.
