It was a wonderful experience, very, very useful, and not just for the certificate. The course instructor was exceptional, kind, available for various clarifications during the course, and very knowledgeable. The tutor was equally friendly and attentive. Finally, it was a great experience with the study group that was created. It was useful to focus on the various points of the course, all the various functions that can be used with the various programs, given that since you use a PC often, there are things that you use frequently and continuously, like Word, and things that you don't use at all, even within the same program.
