Although our service ended in November 2025, I only recently saw this feedback form. I want to share my experience with this company. After my initial interaction, I found their service unprofessional and received subsequent messages that made me uncomfortable, so I decided to block them. My experience was negative, and I didn't feel comfortable as a customer. Because of this, we decided to switch hosting providers.

Excellent service, they helped us a lot with our website and the service is super personalized, attentive to the queries and needs that arise.
Terrible service - They didn't give me access because I switched to another service - They never answer emails - They are threatening and despotic - If you don't pay for hosting, they delete your website - They always say they are out of the country - They threatened to create fake websites in my name for giving them a bad rating, which I have reported to the PDI (Chilean Investigative Police) - They manipulate you into giving them a one-star rating and then offer a 10,000 discount, even though their review is entirely fake
I highly recommend them, they respond instantly and my page turned out beautifully with lovely details. They also explain things very patiently; it was a relentless and fast job.
