E.S. Electromart Superstore

My home shower head is having water pressure problem recently. I visited E.S. Electromat Superstore at Dawson Place and spoke with the store owner (male boss). He advised me to replace the shower head as this is the root casue of the problem. He then went on to recommend me the high pressure shower head that cost me slightly more. The store owner told me the one he recommended is better in quality, hence I bought according to his recommendation. I tested the shower head on the same day. To my shocking the problem still persist. Since I've removed the old shower head, I then proceed to conduct my own check and observation. I notice that the main cause of the issue was due to the hose blockage by the filtration strainer that was built in to the hose. It was the hose problem, not the shower head. I went back to E.S. Electromat Superstore on the following day. Unfortunately, the male boss who sold me the item was not in. However, I managed to spoke to his wife . I've explained the whole situation to her and hopefully she allow me to return the shower head which was wrongly advised by her husband. To my disappointment, the lady boss showed me a blank look as it this wasn't their problem. I realised I just dealing with the wrong store and person. Without further delay, I quickly purchased another item (Hose) from the same store as I need to resolve the hose issue as priority, not pursuing issue with unscrupulous business owner (Lady boss). Lesson learnt from this incident. My advice to shopper who want to purchase home appliances and any DIY items, pls visit a reputable DIY store which allow you to return the purchased item within 7 days. The business owner from E.S Electromat Superstore is not technically sound. Whereas, the reputable DIY store in most situations they are much knowledgeable, not just selling product only.

Boss Eric is a good and helpful person. He would provide good service to me as I bought a fan recently. Tip top service and quality. Well recommended stall to visit. 👍 5 stars for him of course.

Great service and a well-organised shop! E.S. Electromart Superstore offers a wide range of electronics at reasonable prices. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They accepted the Climate Vouchers and CDC Vouchers which are very useful for customers. Highly recommended!

I made several trips to ES over the course of this week due to lighting related issues in my apartment. Eric, the owner, is a wealth of information and super helpful. I wouldn't have been able to resolve my issues without him. Thanks Eric!

Came in looking for a fan, Eric was very helpful and friendly in recommending me a DC fan. Super patient in explaining to me what is good. Would recommend! :)
