Personally, so far, every time I have had contact with EntruTech, I am amazed at the 'spirit' in which things are handled. I'm sure many of their calls are problems from frustrated customers who are looking for quick solutions and John/Monique/PC have handled every call with surprising 'gentleness' and competence.
