Terrible. I ordered a calendar to be printed as a gift on glossy paper, and when I arrived to pick it up, they printed it the moment I got there. The photos came out blurry and of poor quality, and they excused themselves by saying the images were oversaturated. However, in the previous four years, I had my calendars printed at another print shop that unfortunately closed down, and they always printed them in excellent quality, with the same quality and colors. I think if they couldn't fix the print quality, they should have told me so. I sent the job to another print shop, and they printed it with good quality, so my design was fine; the colors weren't oversaturated. I'm only giving my personal opinion; I'm not suggesting they do bad work in general, as that wasn't my first impression before ordering the calendar. I trusted them for a reason, but they disappointed me based on my personal experience.

They respond late and say to check the hours on their profile, but when I went at 5pm it was closed, even though they close at 6pm according to their information.
